Electrical Activity in Heart

The images below illustrate use of the Parallel Toolbox for simulating the electrical activity in the human heart and torso.

There are two coupled PDEs discretized on two
coupled meshes. This is the mesh for the heart.

Each mesh are partitoned to define local contributions to the global linear systems.
The local contributions are computed in parallel.


 
Incompressible Fluid Flow

These images illustrates use of the Parallel Toolbox for simulating an incompressible fluid meeting and obstacle in a pipe.
